Psychoanalysis
Psychoanalysis is a form of psychotherapy that offers the opportunity to explore the deeper emotional and unconscious processes that escape conscious awareness. Unlike traditional psychotherapy, psychoanalysis typically involves meeting three to four times per week, providing a consistent and reflective space to explore the unconscious patterns, emotions, and relational experiences that shape one's life. Through frequent meetings and careful attention to your thoughts, feelings, dreams, and inner experiences, we work together to understand longstanding patterns, unresolved conflicts, and aspects of yourself that may remain outside of conscious awareness.
Psychoanalysis is particularly valuable for individuals seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, greater emotional freedom, and a more authentic connection with their inner truth.
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Psychodynamic psychotherapy offers a space to explore the thoughts, feelings, and relationship patterns that influence your emotional well-being. I understand that trust develops over time, and I aim to offer a space where thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns can be explored openly and at a comfortable pace. While sessions are generally held once or twice a week, the work is grounded in the same principles of careful listening, reflection, and self-exploration that characterize psychoanalysis.
Supervision
I offer individual consultation and supervision to clinicians in private practice and outpatient settings, with attention to psychodynamic case formulation and clinical
