Appointments

All visits are scheduled by appointment. Each session is 45 minutes in length.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments without notice (no-shows), will be charged the full session fee.

Please note that insurance companies generally do not reimburse for missed or late-canceled appointments. Clients are therefore responsible for these fees.

Licensure: I am currently licensed to practice in Massachusetts and can provide telehealth services only to individuals who are physically located in Massachusetts at the time of their appointment.

Payment Policy

The fee for a 45-minute individual psychotherapy session is $300.

Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, and secure electronic payment options through the practice’s client portal. Payment is due at the time of service.

I am in-network with Boston College Student Health Insurance (UnitedHealthcare Student Resources).

For all other insurance plans, I am an out-of-network provider. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for psychotherapy services.

I provide a detailed invoice (superbill) containing the information needed to submit an out-of-network claim to your insurance company.

I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to understand your specific out-of-network benefits and reimbursement options. You may wish to ask about:

• Coverage for CPT code 90834 (45-minute individual psychotherapy)

• Your deductible

• Your coinsurance or copayment

• The percentage of the session fee that may be reimbursed
