Appointments
All visits are scheduled by appointment. Each session is 45 minutes in length.
Out of respect for the next client, sessions end at the scheduled time even if a client arrives late.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I kindly request at least one week’s notice. Cancellations made with less than one week’s notice will be charged the full session fee.
Please note that insurance companies typically do not reimburse for missed or late-canceled appointments, and clients are responsible for these fees.
Payment Policy
Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, and all major credit cards.
I am an out-of-network provider. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for sessions.
I provide a detailed invoice (superbill) containing the necessary information for submitting out-of-network claims to your insurance company.
I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to understand your specific coverage and reimbursement options.
